MidexPro strongly recommend that you keep all software up to date, including your Microsoft products. Microsoft regularly release updates for many of their products and MidexPro recommend that you follow Microsoft advice and install as recommended.

Gary Parker is the Managing Director of MidexPro.
Gary first started with MidexPro back in 2007 when he worked for Rodney and Jayne Howlett who initially wrote the MidexPro software.

Gary is a huge Spurs fan and a season ticket holder. Most weekends you’ll find Gary watching Spurs or out on his road bike and if/when he has the time, he likes to go to some of Spurs European away games.
In my spare time, when I’m not watching Spurs, I can be found on my road bike doing long distance rides raising money for Prostate Cancer. I ride London to Amsterdam every year as part of a team that have so far raised over £75,000 in 3 years.
Our company ethos is to give back when we can and I activity encourage all the team here to support causes by either giving their time or expertise to help others’

Caroline is our Operations Director. Her previous experience has brought a greater understanding of Procedures, Policies and Strategy to MidexPro
Part of Caroline’s role is to understand the functionality of MidexPro from the user’s perspective and ensure their needs are met. She is responsible for the training and on-going development of all the team.
Caroline joined MidexPro back in September 2016 coming from the Media Group, Global where she worked with several Radio and Digital platforms including, Classic FM, Heart FM, LBC and many others. ‘I was extremely excited to join the MidexPro team bringing with me a knowledge of Marketing and a more strategic view on the business.
‘I particularly enjoy developing new avenues for MidexPro to make the business even more successful than it already. There are some exciting new features coming to MidexPro and I’m proud to have instigated some of these new initiatives.
Outside of work, I can be found either dancing around my kitchen listening to all sorts of music or spending time with my family. Family is very special to me and making time for them is key to making me happy’
Caroline re-joined the BBC back in 2016 part-time and can be heard across the West Country some evenings with her fellow presenter.
Nathan is a Support Desk Analyst.
If any of our clients have rang the Support Desk, they may well have spoken to him. Nathans daily activities include helping to solve issues or train users on how best to use MidexPRO on a daily basis.
‘I have a number of qualifications from College and most recently whilst working at MidexPRO, I have begun to learn more about various infrastructures that relate to software and look forward to working more closely with Adam to help users further.
In my spare time I like to play golf, go to the gym and spend time with friends and family. I also support Arsenal FC
Interesting fact; I won an award for having the best grades in IT at Cirencester college for the work I did over the three years I was there!’

Jonathan joined us as an Apprentice Developer and now a full member of the MidexPro team.
His main role with in MidexPro is to improve the functionality and user experience for clients through developing the system.
Along with this, Jonathan works with our partners at Microsoft to ensure the security of client’s data continues to be of the highest standard.
Some of our clients would have already spoken to Jonathan when working on bespoke features for individual practices.
‘Within my role I love challenging problems as I get a sense of satisfaction when I fix a bug or a programming challenge.
I am working towards a Microsoft certification in Developing Microsoft Azure and Web Services, this takes up a lot of my time as it’s a prestigious certification.’
Jonathan spends a lot of his free time working on new App’s and helps his dad to pull apart car engines and put them back together!
Adam is the Support Desk Manager.
His role as Manager is to support colleagues that work along side him on the support desk.
Adams knowledge of the Cloud version of MidexPro is excellent and his skill in solving problems quickly and efficiently are superb.
‘Now that I have settled into the job I am able to continue to learn about MidexPro and train any colleges that work alongside me, to make sure we can provide the best service.’
Adam likes to spend some of his free time researching new pieces of technology particularly advancements in software. He also enjoys watching Sci-Fi films. His favourite is ‘Pacific Rim’ but he is very partial to some of the Marvel films too.
Adam comes from a technology retail background which gives Adam a great understanding of how to help our users and is excellent in problem solving.
I am one of the development team here at MidexPro.
I joined the team in December 2019 working alongside Jonathan as a part of the development team.
Some of our clients would have spoken to Kris when asking for bespoke features to appear on their version of MidexPro. ‘This is one of the best parts of my job; exploring new technologies and seeing how they can be used to make the users life much easier’.
MidexPro has been through some massive changes in its time, especially more recently with the release Cloud version of the software. It’s great to be able to walk in and help look even further into the future. It’s a great opportunity to be able to work alongside the Support Desk with the aim to provide even more stability for our clients.
Personally I am a massive fan of the Theatre, having spent a number of years working in the industry. I try to get to a good show as often as I can but my favourite show is undoubtedly Warhorse, if nothing else, for the incredible detail in the puppetry. Day to day though you would be more likely to find me around a table with good friends and a great board game.
