MidexPRO strongly recommend that you keep all software up to date, including your Microsoft products. Microsoft regularly release updates for many of their products and MidexPRO recommend that you follow Microsoft advice and install as recommended.

Gary Parker is the Managing Director of MidexPRO.
Gary first started with MidexPRO back in 2007 when he worked for Rodney and Jayne Howlett who wrote the initial Windows version of MidexPRO.

Gary is a huge Spurs fan and a season ticket holder. Most weekends you’ll find Gary watching Spurs or out on his road bike and if/when he has the time, he likes to go to some of Spurs European away games.
In my spare time, when I’m not watching Spurs, I can be found on my road bike doing long distance rides raising money for Prostate Cancer. I ride London to Amsterdam every year as part of a team that have so far raised over £75,000 in 3 years.
Our company ethos is to give back when we can and I activity encourage all the team here to support causes by either giving their time or expertise to help others’.

Caroline is our Operations Director. Caroline joined MidexPRO back in September 2016 where she brings over 25 years of Strategic Management and leadership with Media Group, Global, BBC and the Charity Sector.
Caroline’s role is to understand the functionality of MidexPRO from the user’s perspective and ensure their needs are met and enhanced.
She is responsible for processes and procedures, training and on-going development of all the teams.
‘I was extremely excited to join the MidexPRO team. I’ve been able to use my years and experiences, working in large corporations to enhance and initiate, Corporate Strategic Initiatives which will help to enhance an already excellent product.
Outside of work, I can be found either dancing around my kitchen listening to all sorts of music or spending time with my family. Family is very special to me and making time for them is key to making me happy’
Nathan is a Support Desk Analyst.
If any of our clients have rang the Support Desk, they may well have spoken to him. Nathans daily activities include helping to solve issues or train users on how best to use MidexPRO on a daily basis.
‘I have a number of qualifications from College and most recently whilst working at MidexPRO, I have begun to learn more about various infrastructures that relate to software and look forward to working more closely with Adam to help users further.
In my spare time I like to play golf, go to the gym and spend time with friends and family. I also support Arsenal FC
Interesting fact; I won an award for having the best grades in IT at Cirencester college for the work I did over the three years I was there!’

Adam is the Support Desk Manager. Adam has worked in the Technology industry for over 4 years.
His role as Manager is to support colleagues that work alongside him on the Support desk.
Adams knowledge of the Cloud version of MidexPRO is excellent and his ability to problem solve, quickly and efficiently is superb.
‘One of the best parts of my role is interacting with our clients. Talking to users and helping to solve any issues they have, is great.
As Manager of the Support Desk, one of my other roles is to assist in the training of colleagues that work alongside me, to make sure we can provide the best service to our users. I really enjoy this aspect of my job especially when I receive great feedback from users on their experience interacting with us’
Adam likes to spend some of his free time researching new pieces of technology particularly advancements in software. He also enjoys watching Sci-Fi films. His favourite is ‘Black Hawk Down’ but he is very partial to some of the Marvel films too.
I am one of the development team here at MidexPRO.
I joined the team last year working alongside Jonathan as a part of the development team.
‘Working on bespoke features to appear on individual persons of MidexPRO is one of the best parts of my job; exploring new technologies and seeing how they can be used to make the users life much easier is really exciting.
MidexPRO has been through some massive changes in its time, especially more recently with the release of the Cloud version of the software. It’s great for me to be able to join this team and help look even further into the future.
I am a massive fan of the Theatre, having spent a number of years working in the industry. I try to get to a good show as often as I can, but my favourite show is undoubtedly Warhorse, if nothing else, for the incredible detail in the puppetry.
Day to day though you would be more likely to find me around a table with good friends and a great board game.’
