Getting Support whenever you need it, is universal and part of the MidexPRO offering.
Getting the most out of your MidexPRO system continues to remain hugely importance to us.
You may need extra help from time to time with tasks not carried out very often or as your practice grows, your needs may change, different tools may be required, and more training needed. In most cases, a call or email to Support will give you the answer you need. The User Guide found on the MidexPRO Dashboard will give you Best Practice advice or simple ‘how to’ guides but sometimes, you may need a little more one on one training, or a larger session arranged with fellow colleagues.
If the latter is more appropriate for you, the Support team can offer a longer training session for Medical Secretaries and/or Consultants to join via Teams. We can cover off any subject you wish, just let us know prior to the call so we can ensure you get what you need during that session.
If you would prefer, we can arrange to come to you. A member of the Support team can be booked to come directly to Clinic/Office and help with training needs or Function set up. We will ensure all Covid regulations are fully met for both our safety and again, can cover off any subjects you deem important. Inhouse training is chargeable and for more information, please call the team.
We do hold Workshops and the aim is to get them back up and running across the UK in the New Year. Dates and Venues will be added here from January 2022.
