Using the clients email address (and with their permission) send a Mailchimp email to generate repeat business.
Run the ‘Patient Report’ which will show you a breakdown of all invoiced activity. This report can show you in detail, which procedure was most profitable to the business.
You can use this information to decide if running a promotion for repeat business is worthwhile. It will always be ‘cheaper’ than finding new clients.

When was the last time you check your Biography on LinkedIn, or Hospital pages? Is it correct? Does it ‘sell’ you in the best light? Some information may be completely outdated and it’s your best interest to ensure that what a patient reads about you is true. What they see and read, will impact their first impression of you.
Customer Service and Client Satisfaction is essential to growth and if you understand what your clients like about you and the service they receive, the more likely you are to get referrals and/or repeat business.
If you offer clients and patients a way to give you feedback and an opportunity to give you more of their ‘wants and needs’, it will give you and them a better overall experience.
Doctify is a review platform purpose-built for the intricacies of healthcare. MidexPRO have partnered with Doctify to offer Consultants and Clinicians the ability to capture feedback. You can use this feedback to praise or change processes and offer Patients a way to give you honest thoughts. All feedback is good feedback.
You may also be more practical and make use of the Comments section on a patient’s page within MidexPRO.
This will help you to add even more detail about a patient that may be relevant outside of the basic demographic information captured. You could use it to remind yourself of an ‘want’ or an event mentioned at the last consultation that would be relevant to refer to at the next appointment.
Using the Clinical tab found on the patient page, is also very helpful to allow the adding of more important information like an allergy or a risk that would be catastrophic for a patient. When information is added to this box, the patients page will turn the ‘Clinical’ tab, Red as seen below.
