After all transactions are processed, an electronic receipt or invoice is sent directly to the Patient’s email address, and details are updated in real-time, directly to the patient or fee payer’s page.

This function allows for pre-selected Diary dates within your clinical diary to be made available to view and book appointments so when your Clinic is closed MXPORTAL is open 24/7 365 days a year.
Select the specific dates and times that you wish to make available to patients and they can view, book, and pay for appointments online in one easy process.
- New (or existing) patient details are taken/updated and saved into MidexPRO.
- Full or part payment is taken to secure a Consultation or procedure via the MXPAY facility.
- An Invoice or Receipt is automatically sent to the client and updated in MidexPRO.
- The Clinical Diary is updated to inform the Clinician or Secretary, that the Appointment is no longer available, and information is received to the secretary in real-time.
Add the ability to book appointments through your website by adding a ‘Book Now’ button which links from your website through the secure MXPORTAL where clients can see availability.
Add a secure link to email signatures or use the link via SMS to clients to give them more opportunities to view, book and pay for appointments on the days that suit them.
