The Portal opens pre-selected Diary dates within your clinical diary to work smarter for you. Select the specific dates and times that patients can book and pay for appointments online to enable this process.
When your Clinic is closed the portal is open 24/7 365 days of the year.
Patients can view which appointments are, months in advance and when they select to securing the Appointment, several times saving tasks take place:
- New (or existing) patient details are taken/updated and saved into MidexPRO.
- Full or part payment is taken to secure a Consultation or procedure via the MidexPRO PAY facility.
- Invoice or Receipt is automatically sent to the client and updated in MidexPRO.
- Diary is updated to inform the Clinician or Secretary, that the Appointment is taken.
Linking both PRO PAY and the Portal in MidexPRO to work together, you can go on to take the secure appointment link and add to a ‘Book Now’ button on your business website. You can add the link for available appointments to your email Signature or use it in any correspondence with clients, like SMS.
