Daniel is a Support Desk Analyst and works with Cameron and Alastair, helping clients with issues or training and aiming to resolve concerns quickly in a non-jargon way. Daniel has worked in IT and Customer Service Roles for many years, including most recently running a Computer & Phone repair business; offering customers support with both hardware & software issues. Clients can expect to speak to Daniel on both Live Chat, the phone, or via email.

“I have had an interest in Computers and Gaming from a young age and still do, I was designing websites and coding from the age of 12. I love spending time with family and friends, I’m a Liverpool fan (unfortunately at times!), and can often be found watching sports or walking the dog.”
