”If there’s music, I’m singing! If there’s a dance floor, I’m dancing! I do love watercolour or acrylic painting, which allows me to be creative, and walking, helps me to relax. Time with family and friends makes me happy and I do enjoy a nice sunny holiday.”

Gary Parker is the Managing Director of MidexPRO. Gary started with MidexPRO back in 2007 when he was the main contact for Support on the long since retired Windows version of the software. ‘Having started on the bottom rung, I am very aware of the importance of Customer Service and that’s a key objective that the team deliver at all times. To have won “Best Customer Support” and” Most Recommended” by Software Advice company Capterra, bears down just how good our team and software is.

“As a long-suffering season ticket holder at Tottenham Hotspur, I like to find ways to relax and I can usually be found cycling on my road bike, raising money for Prostate Cancer. I’ve cycled Lands’ End to John O’Groats and enjoy the long-distance endurance rides with a brilliant group of friends”

Adam plays a key role in maintaining and strengthening the technical foundations of the MidexPRO platform. Working closely with the Software Team, he helps improve the overall client experience by ensuring the system remains stable, efficient, and future-ready.
With a background spanning Customer Service, Technology, and Microsoft Azure, Adam brings a strong blend of technical expertise and customer-focused thinking to every project. As a member of the Management Team, he works alongside Gary, Caroline, and Nathan to make strategic decisions that drive new functionality and ensure MidexPRO continues to lead the private practice management market.
At Play
Outside of work, Adam enjoys switching off by spending time gaming, often teaming up with Nathan and Dan for a mix of competition and good-natured banter. He’s a big fan of TV series and sci-fi movies, always happy to dive into a long storyline or revisit a classic.
When he’s not in front of a screen, Adam enjoys catching up with friends at the local pub, whether that’s over a relaxed drink, a good conversation, or a much-needed laugh. It’s this balance between tech, downtime, and social time that helps keep him recharged and ready for the next challenge.

Nathan is the Office Manager and part of the Senior Management Team. He oversees the daily operations of the office and the Support Department, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. Nathan is responsible for managing the Support Team’s development, training, and performance, as well as maintaining key processes and procedures across the business.
As one of the longest serving member of MidexPRO Nathan acts as a central point of contact within the office, coordinating day-to-day operations, supporting staff, and ensuring effective communication across teams. His organised and proactive approach helps maintain a positive and productive working environment.
Alongside his management duties, Nathan continues to support the company’s Marketing efforts, contributing to the design and visual content seen across our website and social media channels. His creative input helps to maintain the MidexPRO brand and enhance its visual identity.

”In my spare time, I like to stay in shape by gyming every weekday. When I’m not at the gym, you’ll usually find me spending time with friends and family. He works closely with Adam, the Infrastructure Manager, to create software that’s both reliable and easy to use. With 7 years of experience working on business systems, Conor has a talent for building features that make sense to users while ensuring everything works properly behind the scenes.

Conor has loved programming for over 15 years, ever since he got his first computer. He enjoys exploring new technologies and creating fun projects in his spare time. When he’s not at the keyboard, Conor loves spending time with his partner—whether that’s gaming together, going for walks, or exploring new places. He also enjoys cycling solo and has recently joined a local Makerspace where he can tinker with creative projects. Family time is important to Conor too, and he treasures the moments he gets to spend with loved ones.

He also works with our Data Protection Officer to keep MidexPRO GDPR compliant in this ever evolving industry. Daniel has worked at MidexPRO for many years and uses his experience and understanding of the industry to assist in the onboarding of new clients and MidexPRO’s GDPR compliance.

“I have loved computers and gaming from a young age and still do, even my earliest memories are playing racing games. I am also fascinated by movies, and I enjoy going to watch films at the cinema whenever I can as I love to get the full experience. I also have a big passion for Formula 1 and my goal is to visit all of the tracks at least once!”

Since he was young, Cameron has always had an interest in IT and computers. One of his favourite memories is at 7 years old, building his first gaming computer with his father over Christmas. Clients can expect to speak to Cameron on Live Chat, the phone or on email.

“I am in a couple of gigging bands where I play bass and electric guitar, as well as mixing & songwriting. I have been part of some big festivals and even crewed for Bob Dylan, The Kooks and many more. Music is a passion of mine and I love the technology side of it too, after going back to college to study music production which has helped recently in writing and recording an album with my band. I am a big fan of Tottenham Hotspur FC and enjoy visiting home and away games as often as possible or watching on the TV. In my spare time, I also enjoy playing video games with my friends online, such as Football Manager and MMO’s.”

Some of my favourite memories are camping trips with my dad and sister when I was younger, and I think that’s where my love of the outdoors really started.
