Meet the people behind MidexPRO
At Work
Gary Parker is the Managing Director of MidexPRO. Gary started with MidexPRO back in 2007 when he was the main contact for Support on the long since retired Windows version of the software. ‘Having started on the bottom rung, I am very aware of the importance of Customer Service and that’s a key objective that the team deliver at all times. Nothing pleases me more than when we receive an email or a call from one of our clients commenting on the great Support they have received.’
At Play
As a lifelong Tottenham season ticket holder, I love trekking around Europe watching my beloved Spurs and when I am not doing that, I can be found cycling on my road bike, raising money for Prostate Cancer. I take part in the London to Amsterdam ride every year as part of the team ‘Football to Amsterdam’ event organised by Prostate Cancer UK.’
At Work

Lisa is the Operations Manager at MidexPRO. She brings over 25 years of leadership and customer service experience which she’s crafted during her time at media and health organisations. Lisa’s all about development and enjoys working closely with teams on personal and team development as well as with clients and partners on business growth opportunities.
At Play
I have several passions including two British Shorthair cats. My husband David and I love to travel which supports our other love food! I’m lucky enough to live in a beautiful part of the country and enjoy long walks and Sunday pub lunches, especially when lunch is followed by a Formula One Race!

Nathan is the Senior Support Desk Analyst and works with Alastair and Dan on the Support Desk. He is responsible for Customer relations and interaction plus works alongside Caroline on the delivery of the design work used for the company’s Marketing activity ‘I really enjoyed interacting with clients to help problem-solving queries or improvements to the software. I use my years of customer service knowledge to help the training of the Support Team improve on current processes. I do enjoy the Marketing aspect of my role too as it enables me to maintain or improve the Website & develop my knowledge of design. Some of my images can been seen on our social media feeds: Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook plus the MidexPRO merchandise.’
At Play
In my spare time I play golf with my friends to be social, if you don’t find me on a golf course you will see me spending time with friends and family. I am also a huge supporter of Arsenal FC…Gary has forgiven me for supporting Arsenal, especially as he is a Tottenham Hotspur fan’

Adam is the Infrastructure Manager. His role mainly focuses on the maintenance and foundations of MidexPRO. Adam works with the Software Team to improve the clients overall experience of the software. His experience in Customer Service, Technology, and the Microsoft Azure platform allows him to deliver the best possible, Software experience. ‘I am also part of the Management team, working with Gary, Caroline, and Nathan to make decisions which impacts new functionality with the overall aim to continue to offer the best Private Practice Management system in the marketplace’.
At Play
Adam likes to spend a lot of his free time, gaming which often involves both Nathan and Dan. Watching TV series & Si-Fi movies is also another one of Adam’s hobbies and if he not doing any of the above, he can be found, catching up with friends at the local pub.

I am also responsible for ensuring the MidexPRO User Guide is updated regularly and work with Adam to research and feedback suitable Industry changes or improvements, that might affect & improve the software for the MidexPRO Users.’

“I have loved computers and gaming from a young age and still do, even my earliest memories are playing racing games. I am also fascinated by movies, and I enjoy going to watch films at the cinema whenever I can as I love to get the full experience. I also have a big passion for Formula 1 and my goal is to visit all of the tracks at least once!”

His Customer Service skills and great eye for detail, served him well as he aims to bring this vast amount of experience with him to MidexPRO. Alastair is a Support Desk Analyst and works with Nathan and Dan to Support the needs of the clients. His main role is to ensure all User issues and/or questions are resolved quickly, with high-quality, non-jargon advice. ‘I like problem solving and my career to date has given me the tools to use in my current role.’
At Play
I love Arsenal FC and follow football in general, so naturally I want to play whenever possible. I enjoy playing Fantasy Football to show how much I think I know about the Premier League. I love spending time with my family; we like going for walks, playing games, watching films and I love having romantic meals with my partner. My son shares my love of playing Super Mario games and watching Transformers cartoons from the original 80’s version to the Netflix series.
