Corporate Social Responsibility

MidexPRO Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)

For years MidexPRO has actively encouraged the MidexPRO team to support charities and not-for-profit organisations both locally and nationally. This support has taken the form of a physical challenge or by offering time to support a cause with knowledge or technical advice.

In the last 17 years MidexPRO has donated:

  • Over £192,000 to good causes, including Prostate Cancer, Breast Cancer Now, Tom Bowdridge Foundation, Headway (Swindon), Scouts groups, Foodbanks and so many more good causes.
  • 294 hours in the last 5 years, have been donated to support multiple organisations in their fundraising efforts or in a consultative capacity.

From an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Perspective, MidexPRO takes the current environmental issues seriously and have placed them at the heart of all future strategies for the software and team. Our pledge is to reduce our carbon footprint when considering future enhancements to the software by continuing to reduce the need to print from the system and make MidexPRO as paperless as we can.

As part of our 30th anniversary, we held an event at the RCN in London and welcomed clients and charitable causes as we celebrated serving the medical community for so long. Explore a collection of a few images taken on the night.

Thank you to each and every person who has helped to get us where we are today and for their continued support.

If you have a cause or event that you would like us to help you with, please email lisa@midexpro.com with an outline of your request and if we can help, we will.

Tom’s Foundation
Tom’s Foundation

MidexPRO were thrilled to be working with Harry Redknapp and Ronnie Irani at Braxted Park in Essex to raise much-needed funds for The Tom Bowdidge Youth Cancer Foundation and Prostate Cancer in November.

Harry and Ronnie spend an evening talking all things football, the jungle and jam roly poly with over 360 guests. It was an excellent venue, an excellent fundraiser and whilst we don’t have the final amount raised, we know its in the thousands! Thank you to everyone who came along and bit on the amazing prizes to support two wonderful causes.

#WearItPink
#WearItPink

MidexPRO supported the #Wearitpink, breast cancer campaign again this year and donated over £1000 to their fundraising pot taking our donations to date, over the £5K mark 😊

We encouraged our clients and partners to join in and take a picture, wearing pink and post it to our social media pages. All those who did, MD Gary donated £5 for each picture and more for videos!

A great way to raise funds for a great cause and we would like to thank everyone who joined in. What a great way to involve a wider community into something that affects so many.

Below are a few more pictures posted by those who took part.

AFC Wimbledon Foundation
AFC Wimbledon Foundation

MidexPRO and AFC Wimbledon Foundation are working together for the next two years to help to increase the local employment opportunities, prevent social exclusion, and improve mental & physical health in the boroughs of Merton, Wandsworth, and Kingston.

The Foundation is linked to the football club and uses its facilities and outreach programs to encourage the local community to engage with those living in the most disadvantaged parts of that community.

They have three Pillars of which MidexPRO will be supporting two of them. The Active Youth Pillar and Active Ageing Pillar.

Active Youth sessions will be planned all year round and held at Plough Lane make it free to help improve young people’s physical health, encourage disadvantaged children to be included in activity including throughout the summer holidays where children can enjoy activities and enjoy a hot meal. Click on the links below to read more about the impact our support has had on the community.

Active Ageing sessions will encourage better interaction to reduce loneliness in the 65+ age group. Offering gentle exercise, join quiz and bingo events, and encourage socialising to reduce anxiety and build self-esteem.

Improve the lives of older people — AFC Wimbledon Foundation 💛💙

We couldn’t be more thrilled to be working with a great well throughout plan to including the community within the Football club’s strategy.

The final pilar is to encourage sports participation for women and girls. This is supported already by Wimbledon Tennis Foundation and will itself offer more opportunities to young girls and women to play sport.

We look forward to bringing you more information and examples of impact in the community as our partnership continues.

Shield & Dagger
Shield & Dagger

In 2022 MidexPRO became the main sponsor of Shield and Dagger FC a Swindon-based Football Club playing in the Saturday League.

The Team was formed in the summer of 2021 after the pandemic. Where a bunch of school friends since the ages of 7/8 years old decided to speak to their local pub landlady and the rest is history.

In their first year as a Team, they became runners-up in the league and won the Don Rogers Cup. Not only do they play football but their Manager, Lewis plays a goal challenge and donates funds to the Epilepsy Research UK for each goal he scores.

These guys made a great impact by winning the cup and the league again this year making them a real force to be reckoned with.

They have a strong Twitter feed and their kit launch is likely to rival that of many Premier League Teams.  @dagger_fc

Three times the charm chaps!
