Daniel is our Client Onboarding Lead & Senior Support Analyst. His main role is to ensure the smooth onboarding of new Clients to MidexPRO if they have data with another provider. He also works with Nathan and Alastair to support clients’ issues and/or questions to make sure they are resolved quickly, with high-quality advice. “I am passionate about Customer Service, and I have made it my focus to provide the best support I possibly can”

“I have loved computers and gaming from a young age and still do, even my earliest memories are playing racing games. I am also fascinated by movies, and I enjoy going to watch films at the cinema whenever I can as I love to get the full experience. I also have a big passion for Formula 1 and my goal is to visit all of the tracks at least once!”
