Daniel is a Support Desk Analyst and works with Alastair and Samantha on the Support Desk. His main role is to ensure clients’ issues and/or questions are resolved quickly, with high-quality advice. “I am passionate about Customer Service, and I have made it my focus to provide the best support I possibly can. I am also responsible for ensuring the MidexPRO User Guide is updated regularly and work with Adam to research and feedback suitable Industry changes or improvements, that might affect & improve the software for the MidexPRO Users.’

“I have loved computers and gaming from a young age and still do, even my earliest memories are playing racing games. I am also fascinated by movies, and I enjoy going to watch films at the cinema whenever I can as I love to get the full experience. I also have a big passion for Formula 1 and my goal is to visit all of the tracks at least once!”
