Nathan is the Office Manager and part of the Senior Management Team. He oversees the daily operations of the office and the Support Department, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. Nathan is responsible for managing the Support Team’s development, training, and performance, as well as maintaining key processes and procedures across the business.
As one of the longest serving member of MidexPRO Nathan acts as a central point of contact within the office, coordinating day-to-day operations, supporting staff, and ensuring effective communication across teams. His organised and proactive approach helps maintain a positive and productive working environment.
Alongside his management duties, Nathan continues to support the company’s Marketing efforts, contributing to the design and visual content seen across our website and social media channels. His creative input helps to maintain the MidexPRO brand and enhance its visual identity.
At Play
”In my spare time, I like to stay in shape by gyming every weekday. When I’m not at the gym, you’ll usually find me spending time with friends and family. I’m also an avid fan of travelling to different countries and love experiencing their cultures. I’ve recently taken up clay shooting as a hobby and am looking to enter competitions around the UK. I am also a huge supporter of Arsenal FC… Gary has forgiven me for supporting Arsenal, especially as he is a Tottenham Hotspur fan.”
