At Work
Nathan is the Senior Support Desk Analyst and works with Alastair and Dan on the Support Desk. He is responsible for Customer relations and interaction plus works alongside Lisa on the delivery of the design work used for the company’s Marketing activity ‘I really enjoyed interacting with clients to help problem-solving queries or improvements to the software. I use my years of customer service knowledge to help the training of the Support Team improve on current processes. I do enjoy the Marketing aspect of my role too as it enables me to maintain or improve the Website & develop my knowledge of design. At Play
