One such feature is the Diary.
This one feature allows you or your secretary to manage single diary bookings or multiple diaries over multiple locations/rooms or clinics. You can store appointments for Clinics or Theatre Lists and schedule specific Clinic availability or planned holiday.
All of which sit simply, within the MidexPRO software and viewable only by those you give access to.
Other functions and benefits include:

- Easily print off Clinic Lists to send to third-parties or directly to Consultants.
- A simple drag and drop system to alter appointments that change date or time.

The Diary option is often used alongside the SMS feature allowing you to send text message reminders to clients 24 or 48 hours before an appointment as a reminder. These two combined features really do reduce the risk of missed or late appointments plus saves on admin time too.
