=The Patient Portal allows patients to securely log in and access their medical records anytime, from any device. They can view clinical documents, check invoices, make payments, book appointments that suit their schedule, request prescription refills, and more. (For the best experience, ensure the Diary and MXPAY features are enabled.)

NB – In order for patients to pay for services, you will need to enable MXPAY, which can be used to take payments made via MXPORTAL.
