Designed for clinicians who need a fast, secure and convenient way to turn dictation into typed documents, MXDICTATE makes it easy to record audio on the go and receive professionally transcribed letters back into MidexPRO for review and approval.
Who might use MXDICTATE?
MXDICTATE is particularly useful for clinicians, private practice teams and medical secretaries who want to streamline the document creation process. Clinicians can dictate letters whenever and wherever it suits them, using their mobile phone rather than waiting until they are back at a desk. Practice teams benefit from a more efficient workflow, while medical secretaries save time on manual typing and can focus on other priorities.

How MXDICTATE works
Getting started is straightforward. Simply download the MXDICTATE app from the Apple App Store or Google Play to your mobile device, then contact the MidexPRO Support team to request your secure login details. Once logged in, clinicians can record, pause, edit and submit audio files directly from their phone. Those recordings are then transcribed into typed documents and returned to the clinician in MidexPRO, within the Patient’s record for review and approval.
Pricing and setup
MXDICTATE is charged at £1.35 per minute of typing. This is billed separately from your standard MidexPRO invoice and sent in arrears based on usage. With no minimum monthly spend and no setup fees, it’s a flexible option for practices that want extra support without committing to fixed costs.
