The MidexPRO Software Team has been busy creating new tools requested by Clinicians and Secretaries over the past few months.
MXSTOCK and MXREPORT have been created to support the needs of both clinical practices and hospital groups wishing to use MidexPRO as a way to further reduce administrational tasks.
MXSTOCK:
General Practitioners, Private GPs, Anaesthesiologists, Plastic Surgeons, and many more specialties will find MXSTOCK very useful to use if holding any stock onsite.
Using this new and free tool will allow you to track and manage all inventory in one place.
Once set up, you’ll be able to automate tasks to give you complete visibility of all stock held, reducing the risk of human error, and helping you to neither be over or under-stocked.
This is updated in real time so when you invoice or prescribe, the stock levels will amend accordingly. Over time, you’ll be able to see trends in ordering based on seasonal requirements. Use MXSTOCK to support any CQC report requirements too.
MXREPORT:
After speaking to many clients about the current Reports section in MidexPRO, we established that some reports were obsolete, and some just didn’t give the full information required.
The Senior Management Team and the Software Team put their heads together and decided to create a bespoke reporting tool to run alongside the scaled-back reports sections.
MXREPORT was created to allow you the ability to custom-build a report to give you information that you can’t readily see from the various standard reports.
- If you want to see which of your patients do not have an email address captured, use MXREPORT to pull a list. Use that list to update patient records and allow for you to communicate via email.
- Need to see all those patients over the age of 65 years old who haven’t had a flu jab? Use MXREPORT to pull a list and contact them inviting them to arrange an appointment.
- If you are a large hospital group or large practice and need to view where your referrals come from externally, use MXREPORT to find the answer.
