In the past MidexPRO have spent money on advertising to the Medical Sector, seemingly in the right place and although in the past, this has worked well in attracting new business, most recently, we have seen a notable change.
We always review the ‘Return of Investment (ROI) from any external spend and when we reviewed the ROI from the last 6 months advertising spend, we found the most recent clients to MidexPRO – almost all from the last 3 months, actually came to us via a recommendation from a fellow colleague in a similar field of expertise.
From a business perspective, there is nothing more satisfying than to know that our product, MidexPRO seems to be ticking the boxes of current clients enough for them to recommend to consultants moving into Private medicine or suggesting moving software provider.
We have noted a big jump in clients changing their current software providers and moving data over to MidexPRO and this is also great news. We work hard to ensure those enquiries from clients wishing to move are given the 30-day free trial and assistance from the Support team throughout. We also explain how the transfer of data works so they can be assured that the data migration is managed professionally, securely and in a timeframe that works for us both. The feedback from those who have made the move is extremely positive.
Apart from saying thank you for the recommendation, we’ve not done anything more to show our appreciation and this doesn’t seem right. It only seems right that if you are happy to recommend us, we reward you in some way.

Reward and Recognition scheme will give us a tangible way to say, ‘thank you’ and that ‘thank you’ will be in the form off a voucher from Love2Shop valued at £50.
Every time a new client requests a trial or demo of the system, we will ask if they have been recommended to us. If they say yes and give us a name, that person will be added to the ticket raised in our Admin panel, assigned to new clients.
When the new client sets up a Direct Debit and a new system is authorised, you will be contacted by the Support Team who will confirm which email address you would like your gift card to be sent to.
There is no limit to how many “Thank you”s you can receive.
