Our Energetic Team Members

Gary Parker
Managing Director

Gary Parker is the Managing Director of MidexPRO. Gary started with MidexPRO back in 2007 when he was the main contact for Support on the long since retired Windows version of the software.

Caroline Corrigan
Director

Caroline is a Director at MidexPRO. She brings over 25 years of Strategic Management and Leadership skills to the company from working with Media Groups, including Global & BBC.

Adam Godowski
Infrastructure Manager

Adam plays a key role in maintaining and strengthening the technical foundations of the MidexPRO platform. Working closely with the Software Team, he helps improve the overall client experience by ensuring the system remains stable, efficient, and future-ready.

Nathan Howse
Office Manager

Nathan is the Office Manager and part of the Senior Management Team. He oversees the daily operations of the office and the Support Department, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Conor Howland
Senior Software Engineer

Conor is our Senior Software Engineer who’s currently leading the development of our new MidexPRO system while keeping our existing system running smoothly. He works closely with Adam, the Infrastructure Manager, to create software that’s both reliable and easy to use.

Daniel Joseph
Onboarding & Compliance Lead

Daniel is our Onboarding & Compliance Lead. His main role is to ensure the smooth onboarding of new Clients to MidexPRO if they have data with another provider. He also works with our Data Protection Officer to keep MidexPRO GDPR compliant in this ever evolving industry. 

Cameron Packer
Support Desk Analyst

Cameron is a Support Desk Analyst and works with Alastair and Daniel helping clients with issues or training, aiming to resolve concerns quickly in a non-jargon way.

Alastair Gatrill
Support Desk Analyst

Alastair worked for Global Radio for over 19 years planning major radio campaigns with clients across the South West. His Customer Service skills and great eye for detail, served him well as he aims to bring this vast amount of experience with him to MidexPRO.

Daniel Burns
Support Desk Analyst

Daniel is a Support Desk Analyst and works with Cameron and Alastair, helping clients with issues or training and aiming to resolve concerns quickly in a non-jargon way.
