Meet the people behind MidexPRO.
At Work
Gary Parker is the Managing Director of MidexPRO. Gary started with MidexPRO back in 2007 when he was the main contact for Support on the long since retired Windows version of the software. ‘Having started on the bottom rung, I am very aware of the importance of Customer Service and that’s a key objective that the team deliver at all times. Nothing pleases me more than when we receive an email or a call from one of our clients commenting on the great Support they have received.’
At Play
”As a lifelong Tottenham season ticket holder, I love trekking around Europe watching my beloved Spurs and when I am not doing that, I can be found cycling on my road bike, raising money for Prostate Cancer. I take part in the London to Amsterdam ride every year as part of the team ‘Football to Amsterdam’ event organised by Prostate Cancer UK.”

”If there’s music, I’m singing! If there’s a dance floor, I’m dancing! I do love watercolour or acrylic painting, which allows me to be creative, and walking, helps me to relax. Time with family and friends makes me happy and I do enjoy a nice sunny holiday.”

His role focuses on maintaining and strengthening the technical foundations of the system. Working closely with the Software Team, Adam helps enhance the overall client experience by ensuring the platform remains stable, efficient, and forward looking. With a background in Customer Service, Technology, and the Microsoft Azure, he brings both technical expertise and a customer service mindset to every project. Adam is also part of the Management Team, collaborating with Gary, Caroline, and Nathan to make strategic decisions that shape new functionality and ensure MidexPRO continues to deliver the leading Private Practice Management system in the marketplace.
At Play
Adam likes to spend a lot of his free time, gaming which often involves both Nathan and Dan. Watching TV series & Si-Fi movies is also another one of Adam’s hobbies and if he not doing any of the above, he can be found catching up with friends at the local pub.

Nathan is the Office Manager and part of the Senior Management Team. He oversees the daily operations of the office and the Support Department, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. Nathan is responsible for managing the Support Team’s development, training, and performance, as well as maintaining key processes and procedures across the business.
As one of the longest serving member of MidexPRO Nathan acts as a central point of contact within the office, coordinating day-to-day operations, supporting staff, and ensuring effective communication across teams. His organised and proactive approach helps maintain a positive and productive working environment.
Alongside his management duties, Nathan continues to support the company’s Marketing efforts, contributing to the design and visual content seen across our website and social media channels. His creative input helps to maintain the MidexPRO brand and enhance its visual identity.

”In my spare time I play golf with my friends to be social, if you don’t find me on a golf course you will see me spending time with friends and family. I am also a huge supporter of Arsenal FC… Gary has forgiven me for supporting Arsenal, especially as he is a Tottenham Hotspur fan”

I am also fascinated by movies, and I enjoy going to watch films at the cinema whenever I can as I love to get the full experience. I also have a big passion for Formula 1 and my goal is to visit all of the tracks at least once!”

Since he was young, Cameron has always had an interest in IT and computers. One of his favourite memories is at 7 years old, building his first gaming computer with his father over Christmas. Clients can expect to speak to Cameron on both Live Chat, the phone or on email very soon.

Cameron is in a couple of gigging bands where he plays bass and electric guitar, as well as occasionally mixing & songwriting. He has been part of some big festivals and even crewed for Bob Dylan and The Kooks in 2023. Music is a passion and loves the technology side of it too. A big fan of Tottenham Hotspur FC and enjoys visiting home games with his partner as often as possible. In his spare time, he also enjoys playing video games with friends online, such as Football Manager and MMO’s.

Conor is a Software Developer responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and enhancement of the company’s software system. He works closely with Adam, the Infrastructure Manager, to deliver a robust and user-friendly software experience. Conor’s 6 years of experience in maintaining and upgrading multiple internal ERP systems and client-facing systems, including implementing new features and framework upgrades, allows him to deliver high-quality software solutions. When implementing new features, Conor focuses on making them easy to use for the users while ensuring they are as robust as possible.

Programming has been Conor’s passion for over 14 years, ever since he got his first computer. He enjoys learning about new frameworks and building fun little projects in his free time. When he’s not coding, Conor loves spending quality time with his partner, whether it’s playing video games together, going on walks, or travelling to new places. Conor also appreciates the moments he gets to spend with his family.
